JOURNEYS / PROOF OF CONCEPT REAL DAYS. FEWER SPREADSHEETS.

A GOOD TRIP HAS A PLOT.

01 / SAMPLE ITINERARIES

Enough structure to know where you are sleeping. Enough freedom to forget what time lunch was supposed to happen.

01 THE GENERAL IDEA

NOT EVERY HOUR NEEDS AN ASSIGNMENT.

These are example journeys, not rigid packages. The point is to show how thoughtful pacing, geography and logistics can turn a list of places into an actual vacation.

02 ITALY / SEVEN DAYS

ROME. FLORENCE. TUSCANY. THE COAST.

Seven days. Several excellent lunches. Zero attempts to personally defeat the entire Italian rail system.

DAY 01

Rome

Arrive. Transfer waiting. Hotel already knows your name. Dinner somewhere worth staying awake for.

DAY 02

Rome

Ancient things before lunch. Long lunch after ancient things. Absolutely no museum marathon.

DAY 03

Florence

Fast train north. Check in. Walk until somebody mentions wine.

DAY 04

Tuscany

Driver. Countryside. Lunch. Several excellent reasons not to drive yourself.

DAYS 05–07

The Coast

We intentionally stop scheduling things every seventeen minutes.

03 JAPAN / TEN DAYS

TOKYO AT FULL SPEED. KYOTO BEFORE BREAKFAST.

Big-city energy, quieter mornings and enough breathing room to discover something that was not already saved in a browser tab.

Atmospheric evening street in Japan
DAYS 01–03

Tokyo

Neighborhoods, tiny restaurants, excellent trains and several opportunities to realize your hometown closes suspiciously early.

DAY 04

In Between

A travel day that behaves like part of the trip instead of administrative punishment.

DAYS 05–08

Kyoto

Early walks, slower afternoons and enough time to stop turning every temple into a checklist item.

DAYS 09–10

One More Place

Add somewhere smaller, return to Tokyo, or protect two completely unproductive days. All are valid.

Quiet Caribbean beach with clear turquoise water
04 SOMETIMES THE PLAN IS LESS PLAN

ARRIVE.
UNPACK.
DISAPPEAR A LITTLE.

Five nights somewhere warm. One good room. A few reservations. No compulsory character development.

05 THE IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

YOUR TRIP WILL NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

Good. It should look like yours.

Pace

Some people want five cities. Some people want one hotel and emotional stability.

Budget

We make the expensive parts worth being expensive and try not to waste money on things nobody cares about.

Interests

Food, history, beaches, design, hiking, nightlife, doing absolutely nothing with impressive commitment.

Non-negotiables

No early flights. No rental cars. No group tours. No changing hotels every night. Extremely useful information.
