Paint should follow a plan. Measurements, traffic flow, access, existing conditions, and property use come first.
About Us
We paint parking lots. We take the lines seriously.
STAY IN YOUR LANE is built around a fairly simple idea: pavement markings should make a property easier to understand, easier to use, and significantly harder to accidentally turn into a free-for-all.
Talk About Your PropertyWhy It Matters
It is not just paint.
A parking lot is one of the first systems people have to understand when they arrive at a property.
Where do I enter? Where do I park? Which way does traffic move? Where can I walk? Is that curb supposed to be yellow? Am I about to get yelled at for parking here?
Good markings answer those questions before anybody has to ask them. That is the job.
The Standard
Straight is not impressive. It is the minimum.
Lines, arrows, words, symbols, and curb colors need enough contrast and scale to communicate from where people actually use them.
Width, spacing, alignment, orientation, and repetition should look intentional across the entire property.
The goal is finished pavement markings, not a crime scene involving overspray, crooked stencils, and abandoned cones.
What We Notice
The pavement usually tells on itself.
Old layouts leave clues. So do patched asphalt, fading paint, weird traffic patterns, blocked access aisles, worn arrows, curb colors, and the one parking stall somebody apparently designed during a power outage.
01 Faded layout ghosts
02 Conflicting traffic paths
03 Weak pedestrian connections
04 Accessibility conflicts
05 Inconsistent curb markings
06 Stencils nobody can read anymore
How We Work
Plan it. Then paint it.
Property type, layout, traffic, access, surface, and what needs to change.
Scope, timing, access, vehicles, weather, and work zones get sorted before paint day.
Layout gets verified and the markings go down where they are supposed to go.
Review the work, clear the area, and leave the property looking more organized than we found it.
Our Focus
We are not trying to paint everything.
Our lane is commercial pavement markings: parking stalls, re-striping, new layouts, accessible markings, fire lanes, arrows, crosswalks, stencils, numbers, words, and curbs.
Specialization keeps the conversation focused on how the pavement needs to function instead of pretending one company should also be your roofer, landscaper, plumber, and emotional support contractor.
