Featured Project
The lines were technically still there.
This retail property had faded stall lines, weak directional markings, and a fire-lane edge that had lost most of its visual authority.
Field Notes
Every lot tells you what went wrong.
We look at what is already painted, what still works, and what clearly stopped working three winters ago.
Entrances, exits, drive aisles, pedestrian paths, and actual vehicle movement matter more than decorative geometry.
Fresh paint is not magic. Cracking, patching, sealcoat, and worn asphalt all affect the finished result.
