TIME
Time-sensitive delivery
Explain the circumstances under which a shipment may qualify for your expedited service level.
S-01
Use this page to explain your actual STAT or priority courier service: what qualifies, how requests are reviewed, what documentation is maintained, and what customers should expect from pickup through delivery.
STAT RECORD 02 / CLASSIFICATION
Replace these examples with the actual criteria your operation uses to classify STAT, priority, urgent, or expedited requests.
TIME

HANDLING
State how handling, packaging, access, or route instructions are reviewed before dispatch.
CONFIRMATION
Explain the delivery confirmation or proof-of-delivery process your operation actually maintains.
STAT RECORD 03 / PRIORITY ROUTE
Priority service still needs a clear process. Use this section to explain how your team reviews the request, confirms requirements, assigns the route, and records delivery.
Confirm route details, shipment category, urgency, access, and handling requirements.
Verify that the request matches the capabilities and service level your operation actually offers.
Connect the approved request with the appropriate courier and route plan.
Close the route using the confirmation process maintained by your operation.
STAT RECORD 04 / CUSTODY
PICKUP
Courier accepts the approved shipment and records the pickup according to procedure.
ROUTE
Route and custody information are documented before transit continues.
TRANSIT
Shipment remains assigned to the active route until delivery.
DELIVERY
Delivery confirmation is recorded using the process maintained by the courier.
Faster service should not imply that packaging, handling, routing, documentation, or acceptance requirements somehow disappeared because somebody typed STAT in all caps.
Replace these examples with your actual acceptance, packaging, handling, temperature-control, and operating procedures. Do not advertise capabilities you do not support.
STAT RECORD 06 / EXPECTATIONS
Describe the actual geographic area available for priority service.
State the hours, dispatch process, and limitations that genuinely apply.
Explain how estimated response or delivery windows are determined without promising what cannot be guaranteed.
Tell customers what delivery records, notifications, or proof-of-delivery methods they should expect.
STAT RECORD 07 / REQUEST ROUTE
Send the pickup area, delivery area, timing, shipment category, and handling requirements. Keep patient and other sensitive medical information out of unsecured forms.
