Walk-ins are welcome for questions, quick assessments, bike shopping, and smaller repair needs. Larger service jobs may be scheduled depending on workload and parts availability.

Repair request / tell us what happened
Give us the useful version: what kind of bike it is, what it is doing, when it happens, and anything important that happened immediately before the problem started.

Before drop-off / useful things
Bring the battery key and charger if the issue involves charging, power, diagnostics, or the electrical system.
Tell us when it happens: pedaling, braking, climbing, turning, standing, or hitting bumps.
Bring all hardware, adapters, instructions, spacers, mysterious tiny bags, and whatever came in the box.
Bring the whole wheel if possible. Bringing only the sad inner tube removes several useful clues.
After drop-off
We confirm the complaint, check related systems, and look for anything else relevant.
You get the recommended work, estimated price, and anything that can reasonably wait.
Approved work gets completed, adjusted, checked, and tested.
The bicycle returns to its natural habitat: somewhere outside this building.
