Fit / setup / upgrades / unnecessary optimization

Not everything is broken.

Some things are just not quite right yet.

Bike fitting / centimeters become personal

Your body is part of the bike setup.

A proper fit considers rider proportions, flexibility, riding goals, contact points, and the geometry of the bicycle itself.

Sometimes the expensive carbon component is not the answer. We apologize for this information.

Upgrade department / dangerous questions

Should I upgrade this?

Maybe. But we start with what you want the bike to do differently instead of immediately opening seventeen browser tabs.

Want more comfort? Fit, tires, saddle, cockpit.
Want better braking? Pads, rotors, system setup.
Want easier climbing? Gearing before magic.
Want it lighter? We should discuss your budget privately.
Want it faster? How much emotional damage are we prepared for?

Specialty process / before we order anything shiny

Figure out the problem before buying the solution.

  1. 01

    Tell us the goal

Faster, more comfortable, more reliable, better fitting, easier climbing, or simply less annoying.

  2. 02

    We inspect the current setup

Geometry, compatibility, wear, component limitations, and existing opportunities are reviewed first.

  3. 03

    We recommend options

Sensible options first. Expensive nonsense remains available upon request.

  4. 04

We install and set it up

Components are fitted, adjusted, checked, and prepared for actual use.
