What is being tested?
Chapters, skills, vocabulary, formulas, concepts, reading, problems, essays, or whatever the teacher has been warning everybody about.

What is already solid?
Do not spend forty minutes reviewing the easiest material because it feels emotionally supportive.

What needs actual practice?
Problems, questions, recall, explanations, examples, and anything the student cannot yet do without notes.

When is this happening?
Put the work on an actual calendar. Time has historically continued moving even when students dislike the schedule.

Important Limitation / PDFs Cannot Explain Algebra
Sometimes a resource is not the resource the student needs.
Checklists and planners are useful. They are not tiny tutors made of paper.
If the student does not understand the concept, keeps making the same mistake, cannot apply the skill independently, or needs somebody to actually explain the material, that is where tutoring comes in.
