02 / QUANTITY WORKSHEET

How much food is enough food?

A completely non-binding starting point for estimating a bakery order without staring into space and whispering, “maybe thirty?”

03 / PACKING FLOOR

This is where one order becomes seventeen boxes.

Large orders are portioned, packed, labeled, checked, stacked, checked again, and then stared at one final time because forgetting Box 6 would ruin everybody's morning.

01 Bake

Production is scheduled around the confirmed pickup time.

02 Count

Every item gets assigned to the order before boxes close.

03 Pack

Pastry, bread, cookies, and extras are separated for practical transport.

04 Check again

Because “we thought it was in another box” is not a catering strategy.

04 / BOX DEPARTMENT

Need a bigger box?

We support that behavior.

  • Pastry boxes
  • Office breakfasts
  • Celebration add-ons
  • Dessert trays
  • Event catering

05 / DISPATCH PROCEDURE

From “we need breakfast” to boxes on the table.

  1. 01

    REQUEST

    Tell us how many people.

Date, pickup time, group size, menu direction, coffee needs, allergies, and any useful details.

  2. 02

    CONFIRM

    We build the manifest.

Quantities, menu, pricing, timing, and pickup details are confirmed before production begins.

  3. 03

    PRODUCTION

We make an unreasonable amount of pastry.

Everything is baked, counted, packed, and organized for the confirmed order.

  4. 04

    PICKUP

    You take the credit.

Carry the boxes into the meeting. Say “I brought breakfast.” Accept your temporary promotion.

06 / LARGE ORDER REQUEST

Tell us how many mouths we're dealing with.

Send the basics and we will follow up about availability, quantities, menu options, timing, and final pricing.

USEFUL INFORMATION Date + people + food + coffee.

Everything else can be negotiated once those four things stop moving.
