BAKED BEFORE MOST REASONABLE PEOPLE ARE AWAKE.

FRONT DOOR: EXACTLY WHERE WE LEFT IT

114 PROOF STREET · EXAMPLE CITY

You could just come over.

Bread, pastry, coffee, cake pickups, neighborhood gossip we are absolutely not repeating, and a front door that works without downloading an app.

Closing time is not the same thing as “every pastry remains available until closing time.” Sometimes you people are efficient.

02 / NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTIONS DESK

Getting here should not require a quest.

SHORT VERSION

114 Proof Street. Ground floor. Door facing the sidewalk. Civilization has peaked.

P

Street parking.

Metered spaces along Proof Street and additional public parking around the corner. Replace this with the actual local situation.

T

Add the nearest train, bus, trolley, suspiciously ambitious monorail, or whatever actually serves the neighborhood.

03 / BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE

A few things worth knowing.

Because discovering basic operational information after arriving is how one-star reviews begin.

01

SELL-OUTS

Earlier usually wins.

We bake for the day rather than maintaining an emergency croissant warehouse. Popular items can sell out.

02

PREORDERS

Your box may already be waiting.

Preorder online when you need a specific quantity, cake, pastry box, or unusually high level of breakfast certainty.

03

LARGE ORDERS

Ten pastries? Fine. Seventy-four? Call us.

Catering and larger orders need advance notice so the production team can avoid learning about your meeting at 6:52 that morning.

04

HOLIDAYS

Check before assuming.

Holiday hours, preorder cutoffs, and special menus should be posted here whenever the regular schedule changes.

04 / YOU MADE IT

Walk in. Point at pastry. Improve day.

There is no complicated onboarding process. You come inside, look at the case, make several emotionally significant decisions, and eventually receive breakfast.

STEP 01
Enter bakery
STEP 02
Become overconfident
STEP 03
Order too much pastry
STEP 04

05 / EVENTUALLY WE CLOSE

Please do not race the locked door.

We would love to see you. We would also love for the staff to eventually go home. Check the hours above before beginning a dramatic cross-town pastry mission at 2:58 PM.

TOMORROW We do it again.

DIRECTIONS ACQUIRED / BREAKFAST PENDING

See you at the counter.

Unless you preorder. Then technically your breakfast gets here before you do.
