Protected links can fail safely for several reasons. Use the message on the download screen to identify the next step, and never post the complete link in a public message.
Sign in to My Downloads
Invalid link
The address is incomplete or incorrect
Open the original link from the purchase email instead of copying only part of it. Secure links contain a long, unique token.
Expired link
The access period has ended
Sign in to My Downloads with the purchase email to create a fresh protected link for an eligible paid order.
Limit reached
The download allowance was used
Open My Downloads to request a fresh protected link. Contact support if the order is missing or cannot be recovered.
File unavailable
The package could not be prepared
The file may be temporarily unavailable or receiving an update. Try again shortly, then contact support if the issue continues.
Treat the download URL like a private access key.
Anyone who receives a valid unused link may be able
to consume its remaining download allowance. Send
support your order number, not the complete token,
unless it is specifically requested through a safe
support channel.
