These Terms of Use explain how you may browse,
purchase, download, and use products from
Template Forge. Read them before completing a
purchase or using any template package.
Template Forge is a single-owner digital template
storefront. Products are delivered electronically, and
every product remains subject to its description,
requirements, included files, and applicable license.
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Quick summaryFour rules that apply to every product.
01
Review before buying
Check the product description, platform,
requirements, version, pages, and included files.
02
Use the proper license
You may customize licensed files, but you may not
resell, redistribute, or share the original package.
03
Protect your download
Save the original ZIP and order information because
protected links can expire or reach usage limits.
04
Contact support first
Report access, file, or order issues with the exact
product, version, order number, and error details.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete
Terms of Use below control if the summary and full terms
are interpreted differently.
01
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, downloading a free product,
purchasing a premium product, or otherwise using a
Template Forge service, you agree to these Terms of
Use and any product-specific license or conditions shown
before delivery. If you do not agree, do not use the
website or download its products.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding
agreement. When acting for a company or another person,
you represent that you have authority to accept these
terms on their behalf.
02
Store scope and customer information
Template Forge is a single-owner storefront for
digital templates and related files created, controlled,
or lawfully offered by the store owner. It is not an open
marketplace and does not permit independent sellers to
upload or sell products.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing
an order or submitting a support request. Do not submit
another person's email address, payment details, order
number, or personal information without authorization.
Never submit private credentials.
Support should not receive PayPal passwords,
complete card numbers, private API credentials,
or unrelated sensitive personal information.
03
Product descriptions and compatibility
Each product page identifies the current title,
description, platform, version, included files, delivery
type, requirements, and other available details. That
product page is the authoritative description of the
package offered at the time of purchase or download.
You are responsible for checking that your hosting,
software, browser, development environment, plugins,
and technical skills are compatible with the product.
Screenshots, previews, demonstrations, and sample
content illustrate the design but may contain
placeholder images, copy, logos, or third-party items
that are not included in the downloadable package.
Minor visual differences may result from browser,
operating-system, font, device, or software-version
differences.
A product does not include installation, hosting,
customization, content entry, or ongoing development
unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
04
Pricing, orders, taxes, and payments
Prices, currencies, availability, and promotions may
change before an order is completed. The checkout total
displayed for the transaction controls. Applicable taxes,
conversion charges, or payment-provider fees may depend
on your location, account, or chosen payment method.
Premium payments are processed by the payment provider
presented during checkout, such as PayPal. The provider's
own agreements, privacy practices, eligibility rules,
security checks, and dispute procedures also apply to its
services. Template Forge does not store your complete
card number or payment-account password.
An order can be delayed, declined, cancelled, or reviewed
when payment is not completed, information cannot be
verified, a transaction appears unauthorized or
fraudulent, a product is unavailable, or a technical or
pricing error is discovered. If a completed payment must
be reversed because the order cannot be fulfilled, the
reversal will be handled through the original provider
when reasonably possible.
05
Digital delivery and download access
Products are delivered electronically. Free downloads
and paid-order files may be protected by server checks,
unique tokens, expiration dates, attempt limits, order
status, product status, or other security controls.
Delivery is complete when the authorized file is made
available to the email address, browser session, order,
confirmation page, or protected download link used for
the transaction.
You are responsible for downloading the package,
checking the archive, extracting it safely, and keeping
a backup of the original ZIP file.
You may not bypass, probe, disable, automate against,
or interfere with download protections or access files
assigned to another customer.
Expired or exhausted download access does not itself
create a right to a refund. Contact support with the
order number and purchasing email so legitimate access
can be reviewed.
06
Licenses, permitted use, and restrictions
A purchase or free download grants a limited license to
use the product under the license delivered with the
package or displayed on the product page. Ownership of
the template, source files, design system, and underlying
intellectual property is not transferred to you.
Unless a specific license grants broader rights, you may
customize the template for the permitted project but may
not:
resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, gift, upload,
publish, or provide the original or modified source
package as a competing template or downloadable asset;
make the files available through a repository, drive,
membership, marketplace, file-sharing service, or
public download link;
remove copyright, license, attribution, or ownership
notices when the applicable license requires them;
use the product to infringe intellectual-property,
privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights;
use the product for unlawful, deceptive, malicious,
abusive, discriminatory, or harmful activity; or
claim authorship or exclusive ownership of the
underlying template product itself.
Client work, multiple projects, commercial use, extended
distribution, software-as-a-service use, and bundled
resale require whatever permissions the product-specific
license expressly provides. When the product license and
these general terms differ, the more specific product
license controls for that product.
07
Refund requests, payment disputes, and errors
Digital products can normally be accessed or copied soon
after delivery, so refund eligibility may be limited.
Any refund request will be reviewed based on the product
description, delivery record, download activity, the
reported problem, applicable law, and the refund policy
in effect for the order.
A change of mind, failure to review requirements, lack of
required software or skills, incompatibility that was
disclosed before purchase, or a request for features not
listed on the product page does not automatically qualify
for a refund.
Before opening a payment dispute, contact support and
provide the order number, purchasing email, product name,
version, exact issue, screenshots when useful, and steps
already attempted. Nothing in these terms removes rights
that cannot legally be waived or limits procedures made
available by an applicable payment provider or law.
08
Support, corrections, and product updates
Support covers reasonable questions about the delivered
files and documented product features. It does not
automatically include custom development, redesign,
installation, third-party troubleshooting, hosting
administration, content creation, data migration, or
training.
Products may be corrected, updated, replaced, or retired.
Unless a product page or license expressly promises a
defined update period, a purchase does not guarantee every
future feature, redesign, platform release, compatibility
update, or version indefinitely.
Modifying source files, combining them with third-party
code, changing dependencies, or using unsupported software
can affect whether an issue can be reproduced or supported.
Keep an unmodified backup so problems can be compared
against the original package.
09
Website and intellectual-property ownership
The website, brand elements, product listings, original
text, graphics, previews, interfaces, code, templates,
downloadable packages, and related materials are owned by
or licensed to Template Forge and are protected by
applicable intellectual-property laws.
No right is granted to copy, scrape, reproduce, frame,
republish, imitate, reverse engineer, commercially exploit,
or create a competing collection from website content
except as expressly allowed by these terms or a written
license.
Product demonstrations may reference third-party names,
platforms, software, payment services, trademarks, fonts,
images, or libraries. Their respective owners retain their
rights, and your use may be subject to separate terms or
licenses.
10
Website availability and prohibited interference
The website may be changed, suspended, maintained, or
temporarily unavailable without continuous notice.
Products, prices, previews, integrations, payment methods,
and download systems may also change as the storefront is
maintained or improved.
You may not introduce malware, overload the service,
scrape protected content, attempt unauthorized access,
test vulnerabilities without written permission, impersonate
another person, manipulate an order, abuse a promotion,
evade security controls, or disrupt another visitor's use.
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably
necessary to protect the website, products, customers,
payment systems, intellectual property, or legal rights.
11
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the
website and products are provided on an "as available"
and "as is" basis. No promise is made that every product
will meet every business objective, operate without
interruption, remain compatible with all future software,
or produce a particular financial, marketing, technical,
accessibility, legal, security, or performance result.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing a template
before production use, maintaining backups, securing your
systems, obtaining required third-party permissions, and
confirming that your completed website complies with the
laws, contracts, standards, and platform rules that apply
to your project.
Nothing on the website is legal, tax, accounting,
accessibility, cybersecurity, hosting, or professional
advice for your specific circumstances.
12
Limitation of liability and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Template Forge will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential
loss arising from the website or a product, including lost
profits, lost data, business interruption, lost opportunity,
third-party claims, or the cost of replacement services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total
liability connected with a paid product will not exceed
the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise
to the claim. For a free product, total liability will not
exceed the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or
limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You are responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting
from your unlawful use, prohibited redistribution,
infringement, security abuse, breach of a product license,
or violation of another person's rights. This responsibility
applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13
General legal terms and future changes
These Terms of Use, together with the applicable product
page, product license, checkout information, and policies
presented for the transaction, form the agreement governing
your use of the website and product.
If part of the agreement is found unenforceable, the
remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent
legally possible.
A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent
waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not transfer an order, license, or right under
these terms when the applicable license prohibits it.
These terms are governed by applicable law, including
mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
These terms may be updated to reflect new products,
payment methods, security practices, legal requirements,
or storefront operations. The effective date at the top
identifies the current published version. Changes apply
prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14
Questions and legal notices
Contact Template Forge when you have a question
about these terms, a product license, an order, protected
download access, or the permitted use of a template.
Include enough information to identify the relevant
product or transaction, but never send payment passwords,
complete card numbers, or private API credentials.
Need clarification before purchasing?
Send the product name and explain how you plan to
use it so the correct terms can be reviewed.
